Wheel Throwing Classes - 5 week Intermediate course

This class is designed for potters who have completed our 5 week beginner class and are comfortable throwing basic cylinders and are ready to expand their skills and creativity on the wheel.

Learn how to:

• Refine throwing techniques for improved consistency and control
• Throw larger forms and managing more clay – vases and larger bowls and dishes
• Creating lidded vessels – canisters and lidded jars
• Closing vessels – making domes and closes forms
• Advanced trimming techniques and foot design 

Come along and build your confidence on the wheel while refining your throwing skills, exploring new techniques, and creating a range of functional and decorative ceramic pieces.
